My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view. It was clean, tidy, and great value for money, although it didn't have a TV. The service was a bit lacking as the staff seemed clueless and not overly friendly. They even closed the car park due to a dance competition at the casino, which was quite inconvenient. Despite that, the location was amazing, with easy access to Pacific Fair, the beach, Woolworths, and various restaurants. However, waiting 15 minutes for a lift was a downside, and the ongoing construction noise from the neighboring building going until 10pm was bothersome. The dining experience was outstanding, especially at Harvest, and the in-room food was delicious. The facilities were good overall. Price and value for money were perceived positively, considering the great location and cleanliness of the room.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was amazing, with everything from the beach to restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view, although they could use blackout blinds. The service was generally quick and helpful, except for the taxi situation when I was leaving. Dining was a highlight, especially the room service and the fresh fruits offered. The facilities were great, but I did notice some noise from construction next door.
